This is an excellent form of training. I used a similar setup on a sub several times because she kept forgetting that she needed to crawl on her hands and knees around my house and she would get up and walk instead. So I just made her feet so sore she had to crawl. She actually had to be punished three times before she finally could remember - yeah, she was THAT slow at learning stuff.
